1) HOW CHAKRAS CAN REVEAL CANCER IN YOUR BODY

Cancer stems from emotional-psychic causes that remain unresolved over long periods of time, and emotional healing and meditative practices provide the best cancer treatments. Humans are very susceptible to the creation of lesions in the brain and organs. These lesions create a short-circuit in the brain if unresolved can give birth to cancerous tumors.


How Disease Occurs?


Physical diseases and pain in our lives are created due to negativity and trauma that cannot be released. These manifest as illness. A disease occurs in the energy bodies surrounding our physical body on the consciousness level. When there are adequate spiritual and emotional practices, these imbalances can be dissolved harmoniously. Intense negativity repeatedly generated in the energy bodies can eventually precipitate into the physical body causing various forms of pain and disease symptoms.


Chakras are energy vortexes in the body which are affected by how we interact with life around us. They are the medium through which you create health and balance in your body or destroy it.


Cancer And The Chakras


Cancer often manifests near the most imbalanced chakra that is affected by a core issue in the body. Emotional trauma being a prime cause of cancer was often met with considerable scepticism in the past. But recent studies are changing that view and are increasingly establishing the connection between cancer and emotional trauma.


An article in the European Journal of Cancer linked emotional stress with down-regulation of the immune system. It explored how depression could suppress killer T cell formation in the body, retard repair of damaged DNA and trigger aptosis (cell death). They concluded that “psychological or behavioral factors may influence the incidence or progression of cancer through psychosocial influences on immune function and other physiological pathways.”


A German doctor, Ryke Geerd Hamer discovered what he calls the “shock-conflict” causation of cancer and other major diseases. He proposed that cancer stems from emotional-psychic causes that remain unresolved over long periods of time, and that emotional healing and meditative practices provide the best cancer treatments.


According to him, human beings are very susceptible to the creation of lesions in the brain and organs due to shock and trauma. These types of lesions create something like a short-circuit in the brain that if unresolved can give birth to cancerous tumors.


According to Dr. Hamer’s observations the body is able to heal itself of most cancers if:


1. The patient is given therapy and support for de-programming and releasing the harmful effects of the shock-conflict on her body.


2. The patient’s body is not interfered with by over-use of medical treatment. This rather bold view is based on the belief that many treatments given by oncologists interfere with the body’s self-healing process and aggravate the emotional causes of cancer by promoting fear and dis-empowerment.


The Heart Chakra And Cancer


Heart Chakra is concerned with unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion and self-acceptance. It´s the chakra of our closest relationships – lovers and family. It is also the chakra bound up with cancer as well as other immune problems. Those whose heart chakra spins too fast can be possessive, withholding in love, overly dramatic.


Characteristics of a blocked heart chakra include fear of rejection, feeling unworthy of love or loving too much. Blessed with a balanced heart chakra you will be nurturing. Love without condition and seek spiritual connections in lovemaking. Meditations for re-balancing the heart chakra contain important messages for cancer patients: believe that the universe will always provide for you; recognise that the more love you allow yourself to receive, the more love will be around for others.


Conclusion


The energetic component of cancer consists of unfinished or incomplete business. People with cancer tend to be more connected to the past than to the present. When energy is used to keep one’s past alive instead of in the present where it is needed to maintain cell tissue, malignancy develops. (The Creation of Health-Stillpoint 1988)


Every ailment including cancer can be healed as long as the impediments of living in the past, refusal to give up being a victim and fear of change are given up. Directing thought and energy to the past diverts vital life force from existing cells and organs that need that energy to function and heal. Healing requires living in the present, taking one’s energy back from past traumas and hurts.


A refusal to forgive a past event or person leaks energy from the body. Forgiveness heals that leak. Healing also demands action. Eating properly, daily exercise, taking appropriate medicine are actions that support the physical body. Releasing the past, leaving stressful jobs or relationships, honouring one’s own individual truth and gifts, and meditation/spiritual practice are actions that support the energy body.


What supports the one, supports the other because the physical and energetic are inextricably linked. Even the process of dying, which we all face, can become a very healing act as old wounds are released and unfinished business with loved ones is resolved.

2) THE THREE CRYSTALS EVERY YOGI SHOULD HAVE ( AND EXACTLY HOW TO USE THEM)

Crystals embody transformation. Over time, they take on a beautiful shape in harsh conditions, under intense heat and pressure, reminding us that change is not only possible but inevitable.


So it makes sense that once I carried my crystals onto the mat, my yoga practice really took off. These gemstones have helped me unlock my potential to grow and transform. From a psychological perspective, each stone can serve as an emblem of a certain intention. Every one also has a distinct energetic personality, with frequencies that interact with the world in unique ways. There are many ways yogis can use these stones to bring about a sense of ritual and alchemy.


The crystals that I think every yogi should have in their tool kit:


1. Quartz for self-love.


Connected to divine love and compassion, rose quartz can help reawaken your sense of self-worth and encourage you to accept yourself just as you are. Every single one of us is lovable and worthy of giving and receiving love. Once we realize this, we can shift our internal dialogue to become more encouraging, take steps to nourish our bodies, and take the necessary action to heal our minds.


2. Aquamarine for true expression.


Aquamarine is a stone of the goddess Shakti, and it's seriously empowering. As you work with it, you may start to feel the presence of the Divine Feminine deep within you. Speaking your inner knowing with conviction and clarity may also become easier, as aquamarine strengthens the link between the energies of your heart and throat. If you feel excess anger bubbling within you, wear this stone to connect to the root cause and work through it one moment at a time.


3. Amethyst for connecting to intuition.


This gemstone is thought to vibrate at an extremely high frequency, and it is considered the ultimate crystal for meditation. It is a highly spiritual stone, and it could help encourage you to transcend the self-destructive tendencies that are keeping you from a fulfilling life. It calls you to take responsibility for your own fate so that you are free to walk a new path.


Three ways to use your new sparkly companions:


1. Craft an energetic grid.


At the beginning of your yoga practice, feel into your intention and select your crystals based upon your deepest heart wish. Then place them around your mat. Imagine that as you’re doing this, you’re creating a grid of energy around you.


2. Place them on your heart or third eye.


You can also place them on your heart or third eye (or both!) during savasana. This is a great way to feel a strong connection to your intention and the earth. As you feel the natural stones on your skin, you may start to notice subtle pulsing vibrations of energy radiating through you.


3. Meditate with a gemstone mala.


Malas are talismans for transformation, often used during the recitation of mantras and affirmations. Working with the right gemstone mala is another fantastic way of creating more focus in your yoga and meditation practice.

3) SURPRISING LINK BETWEEN DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND GUT HEALTH

Did you know your gut health may affect your mood and behavior? The belief that gut health is connected to mental well-being dates back more than a hundred years. In the early 1900’s, scientists and clinicians emphasized the relationship between gastrointestinal health and mental health. By 1930, opinions reversed and it was thought that mental health disorders were an influencing factor in gastrointestinal disorders.


The interest in gut health has never been stronger and the exploration into the gut microbiota has revealed a close relation between behavioral issues, mood, and bacteria imbalance. There are a number of factors that influence the condition of the gut microbiota and gut environment, diet is a major one. Immune system health is also closely associated.


How Your Gut Is Connected to Your Brain


The gut is connected to the brain via the vagus nerve, the enteric nervous system, and the gut-brain axis. The vagus nerve extends from the brain stem down into the neck, thorax, and abdomen. The nerve exits the brain stem through rootlets in the medulla that are caudal to the rootlets for the ninth cranial nerve. The vagus nerve supplies motor parasympathetic fibers to all organs except adrenal glands, all the way from the neck down to the second segment of the transverse colon. It helps regulate heart rate, speech, sweating, and various gastrointestinal functions.


The enteric nervous system connects with the central nervous system. It contains 200-600 million neurons. Local and centrally projecting sensory neurons in the gut wall monitor mechanical conditions in the gut wall. Local circuit neurons, on the other hand, integrate this information. This enables motor neurons to influence the activity of the smooth muscles in the gut wall and glandular secretions such as digestive enzymes, mucus, stomach acid, and bile.


The enteric nervous system has been referred to as a “second brain” because of its ability to operate autonomously and communicate with the central nervous system through the parasympathetic (i.e., via the vagus nerve) and sympathetic nervous systems.


Finally, the gut-brain axis consists of bidirectional communication between the central and the enteric nervous system, linking emotional and cognitive centers of the brain with peripheral intestinal functions.There is strong evidence from animal studies that gut microorganisms can activate the vagus nerve and play a critical role in mediating effects on the brain and behavior.


The Role of Bacteria in Depression and Anxiety


Research has shown the gut microbiota influences brain chemistry and behavior.For example, people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and the associated cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation, commonly suffer from depression and anxiety as well.


The interaction between bacteria and depression and anxiety goes both ways. For example, in a 2009 study, male pup rats were stressed by separating them from their mothers, which altered the rat’s microbiota. Even though pups were separated for 11 days and just for three hours daily, researchers concluded that this adverse event might increase vulnerability to disease later in life, ranging from depression to irritable bowel syndrome.


Gut microbiota influences serotonin and dopamine production. In fact, more than 90% of the body’s serotonin is found in the gut. Serotonin is a key regulator of gastrointestinal motility. Serotonin is also one of the “feel-good” neurotransmitters and contributes to feelings of well-being and happiness. In fact, the enteric nervous system makes use of more than thirty neurotransmitters, including serotonin, dopamine, and acetylcholine.


In a 2014 study, depressed rats were given a strain of probiotics which resulted in “normalization of the immune response and reversal of behavioral deficits.” In this instance, it seems the use of probiotics may have had a therapeutic effect on anxiety and depression symptoms.


How to Aid or Restore Your Gut Flora


Following a healthy diet is one way to encourage a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Base your diet on fruits and vegetables. Add fermented foods, such as kefir and yogurt, to your diet for a good, natural source of probiotics.
