Instruction to "Confirm" Your Email

Hotmail Users: Place the domain www.reiki-for-holistic-health.com on your Safe List, so that you can receive our emails. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the domain www.reiki-for-holistic-health.com in your Address Book.

Yahoo! Mail: If my e-zine is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. The same goes for any other e-mail you receive that doesn't belong there.

Other email services: Place the domain www.reiki-for-holistic-health.com on your email filter's whitelist. You may need to search your email help menu for details on how to do this. Depending on software/version, they may call a "whitelist," a "good list" or similar name. As mentioned above, adding the address: Natural_Healing@reiki-for-holistic-health.com to your address book may help too.
