1) ORDINARY CAN BE AWESOME

2) ABOUT GSE OR GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT
Grapefruit seed extract or more commonly used GSE is known as the world’s most power natural antibiotic. It comes in a liquid form and is highly concentrated into a thick but droppable material. This is an all natural extract that comes from the Grapefruit seed and is mainly taken internally in a tea to fight off infections, whether the infection is viral or bacterial GSE will take care of it and usually very quickly. The effects of GSE have been shown to be real and continuous, there are no side effects as long as the liquid is highly diluted in a beverage and not applied full strength to any part of the body.
For any illness that may try and make its way into your home this winter you can be confident in using GSE to fight them all off. GSE is used to fight pneumonia, bronchitis, kidney infections, upper respiratory infections, bladder infections, urinary tract infections and what ever else might plague your family. The specifics of this herbal extract are detailed and the label should be followed to specifications especially when used for children. GSE is so highly concentrated that all it takes to be effective is 15 drops into either a warm cup of a pleasant tasting tea or in a cup of your favorite juice.
For an adult dose use the following guidelines: First dose 15 drops and each subsequent dose 10 drops per session, three times a day for 5-7 days. For a child’s dose you want to cut it back, so follow 10 drops for the first dose and then each subsequent dose use 5 drops, three times a day for 5-7 days. You will see a very noticeable change in symptoms within 3 days usually but just as taking a medicinal antibiotic you want to keep the herb in your system a few extras days from when it begins to show effectiveness. This is so the infection is entirely eradicated and will not have a chance to relapse. Although this is the most common way GSE is used, you will notice on the bottle’s wrapping that GSE can be used for a multitude of things other than fighting infections. In fact it can be used to wash your dishes, your laundry and can be put in household cleaner to increase the germ killing abilities. Try GSE and you to will be surprised about how effective it is.
3) NATURAL TREATMENT FOR COLD SORES
Cold sore treatment is an urgent need for millions of oral herpes victims today. This need is quite obvious when looking for cold sore treatment options at the store. These over-the-counter cold sore treatment products are primarily useful as comfort treatments only. Below is a list of several proven cold sore treatment methods that really work. These can provide blessed comfort and heal your cold sores up to 50% faster. Try them. 1. THROW COLD WATER ON VIRUSES. A good trick to discourage herpes simplex virus when it first starts to replicate the process is to apply ice or another cold object to the target area. Use the ice at the first sensation of itching or tingling. Ice reduces swelling, heat and pain very effectively. If used early and often, it can stop cold sores from developing countries – or at least reduce the damage and healing time. Do not use ice after the wound opens up. You must use heat. 2. HONEY – a sweet cold sore treatment. Did you know that honey does not spoil? It is a super anti-virus, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Yes – many cold sore victims use honey as a potent cold sore treatment. What a sweet way to heal your cold sores quickly. Apply to the sore before it burst open. When your sore opens, cleanse with peroxide first, then apply. You will need to apply often as the weeping fluids wash off. Use a Q-Tip to apply it. Keep your fingers out. 3. CALCIUM – the virus stopper. Most people who get cold sores have an acid pH balance and are low in calcium. Calcium is the most important minerals the body uses to keep you in a healthy alkaline zone. In fact, the herpes simplex virus hates an alkaline environment. Taking calcium supplements is an excellent cold sore treatment, both rapid healing and prevention. Make sure that for every 1000 mg of calcium, you can also take 400 mg of magnesium. These two work together for better absorption. Also, try to break open the capsule and mix the powder with honey – to make a paste. Apply this on your wound – you may be surprised how quickly it heals. 4. OREGANO OIL – herpes does not like the taste. The oil from the oregano herb is a pretty good cold sore treatment – both internally and externally. You can buy oregano oil in gel caps vitamin store. Users often take it for colds, flu and other virus attacks – such as herpes simplex virus. It will not remove the virus from the body (nothing that we know of). But it will tend to inactivate the virus and send it back to sleep. For external application, just cut open one of the gel caps, squeeze out the oil on a Q-Tip and apply directly to your cold sores. Once your sore is scabbed, mix with a little olive oil first. This will help keep the scab soft. 5. B AND C Vitamin Therapy. People with mouth ulcers measurement normally quite low in the B and C vitamins – especially vitamin B12. You can find them in a good stress formula vitamin store. You will want to get about 50 to 100 milligrams of the major B vitamins (like B6), at least 1,000 mg of vitamin C and about 500 micrograms of B12. Some have suggested up to 3000 mg or more of vitamin C. Perhaps your daily multi-vitamin has high levels of these vitamins already. It is good but it may be wise to take an additional stress formula during the outbreak.
In conclusion, please note that these are just some of many powerful cold sore treatment options you can use. Continue to seek and explore new ways of treating a cold sore. Not each of these steps will work for every person. Moreover, it is important to remember that an excellent cold sore treatment plan will likely include a combination of two or more of these cold sores right methods. Try these and others. Combine as you wish and find the best cold sore treatment for your individual needs.
