1) AURA CLEANSING AND HEALING

As we accumulate unwanted energies in daily life, regular aura cleansing supports health and well-being. Like psychic dust bunnies, we go around collecting debris on our aura, until we finally do something to cleanse it…
It is the same with personal hygiene. If you do not bathe, your body will become dirtier and dirtier. Gradually the smell becomes unbearable. Eventually, your body even becomes a breeding
ground for disease and bacteria. If you do not cleanse your aura, your spiritual energy system will also become ‘dirtier and dirtier’. Eventually you become unpleasant for others to be around (though they may not consciously understand why). Your energy system then begins to attract lower vibrations which are also unhealthy for you and others. And for those around you after an aura healing will believe it to be an aura cleansing spell, getting to enjoy your lightness again.
In modern culture, we expect people to take care of their personal hygiene by bathing regularly, if not daily. But we are not yet so spiritually evolved!
Cleansing your Aura
Just like washing your hands cleans one part of your body and washing your face takes care of another… different approaches to aura cleansing will support you in clearing different aspects of your energy system. Some aura clearing approaches are more lightweight–in terms of
personal hygiene–like changing your clothes, or putting on deodorant. They are still useful, but they can’t replace bathing! Other methods of aura cleansing go much deeper–equivalent to having a good scrub-down, or going for a detoxifying spa treatment.

Bathing with Epsom Salts
Water helps wash away dirt, both physically and energetically. Adding Epsom Salts to your bath stimulates the flow of your own energy and also draws minor psychic debris out of your aura.
Swimming
Submerging yourself in water helps cleanse your aura. As ocean water contains salt and minerals, it is especially useful for drawing minor psychic debris out of your aura.
Sunlight
Gentle exposure to sunlight stimulates the flow of your own energy. Some lower vibrations cannot exist with exposure to bright light.

2) 5 ANXIETY HERBS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT

Although it is often perceived to be a normal and basic emotional state, anxiety is a problem not to take too
lightly. We are brought up to take that feeling of anxiety as a common & recurrent thing in our daily lives – from school exams to job interviews, worries about our children and anything that sets our mind running off in uncomfortable quarters.
In reality, extreme levels of anxiety may cause serious disruptions in your day-to-day activities and in your social relationships and interactions.
Generalized anxiety disorder has already been included in the list of psychological disorders under DSM. Anxiety can manifest itself in different ways – psychological, emotional, social and physical. In cases where individuals suffer extreme levels of anxiety, certain therapies and medications are applied. However for most other cases, you can take advantage of these gifts from nature – herbs – as an anxiety cure.
Here is a list of 5 herbs that will help you cope with anxieties of all kinds:
1) St. John’s Wort
Numerous medical and
scientific studies have already provided empirical support to the effectiveness of St. John’sWort as a natural remedy against depression and anxiety. In fact, clinical guidelines from the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine suggest that St. John’s wort can be considered an option along with antidepressant medications for short-term treatment of mild depression. It also has been said to work as well as Prozac and Zoloft according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.
St. John’s Wort is usually available as a capsule or as a tablet. Individuals who experience anxiety and insomnia may take St. John’s Wort together with Valerian root. Dating back to ancient Greece, this is one of the most powerful anti-depressants nature has to offer.
2) Passionflower
For several decades, passionflower has been popularly used as a remedy for anxiety and for insomnia. In fact, studies would compare the
effects of passionflower to those of benzodiazepine drugs. Because of its mild sedative effects, passionflower has been regarded as an effective calming remedy. Usually, parts of the passionflower are dried and made into a tea.
As the popularity of passionflower as a calming herb has grown, passionflower capsules and juices have also been introduced. Nevertheless, passionflower may not be advisable for pregnant or nursing women, children, and people with kidney or liver complications. In addition, passionflower should not be taken in along with sedatives to avoid other adverse effects.
3) Licorice Root
With its own natural hormone that could be seen as a counterpart of cortisone, licorice root can be greatly helpful to the body in handling and managing anxiety-inducing situations.
The other benefits of licorice root include normalizing blood sugar levels and adrenal glands, providing the body with increased
energy, simulating the cranial and cerebrospinal fluid and inducing calmness of the mind. Licorice root is best taken in as a hot tea.
4) Chamomile
The characteristic of chamomile as an amazing natural sedative has long been noted by different civilizations. Chamomile is most popularly used as a natural remedy for hysteria, nervousness, headaches, digestive complications and lack of appetite. One of the greatest advantages of chamomile is its minimal side effects.
A recent study coming out of the UK found that chamomile produces significant anti-depressant activity in comparison to a placebo. Even babies can take in chamomile. Taking in chamomile also helps keep your lungs and liver healthy.
5) Kava Kava Root
