1) 6 SIMPLE WAYS TO REMOVE NEGATIVE ENERGY FROM YOUR HOME
Our homes and workplaces should be safe places for us to rest and create. Having a place where you feel comfortable and empowered to do what you feel is right, is crucial for our mental and spiritual health. Your work place shouldn't be a jail cell, but a platform for you to express and create aspects.
These spaces can trap
negative energy or sometimes create negative energy. This isn't productive or healthy. Below are some ways to safeguard your space and transform energies to your preference.
Clapping With Intention
Energy can get stuck in corners, on shelves, above stairs and all around. To breathe life into your area, walk around sensing stagnant or negative energy. When you feel that presence clap your hands and focus on positive, productive formations.
Designate Spaces For Specific Purposes
You should try to separate your space into action and intention specific areas. For example, your bedroom is for sleeping and resting, so remove any televisions, desks, or any non sleep related items. You should try to streamline the spaces, to keep a more focused energy in each place.
Burn Herbs
Go to a health store or an oriental shop and buy some sage bundles or incense. Sage, in
particular, is great for warding off negative energy, spirits and actively creates positive energy. Different types of incense change negative energies into various potential energies.
First open the windows and doors and waft the burning herbs in every room, hallway, and around the property. After a while or whenever you feel it is appropriate, close the windows and doors. The next day do the same ritual but leave the windows and doors shut.
Keep It Clean
Your space doesn't have to be spotless, but it should never be un-organized for long periods. Never leave dirty dishes or half eaten food anywhere but the sink. Clutter and organically dirty areas eat up positive energy and create a feeling of chaos.
Buy Plants And Put Them Everywhere
Plants live by taking toxins in the air and turning it into air. They only need sunlight and water to produce healthy and productive vibes. If you
aren't blessed with a green thumb try to get plants that are hardy and don't need supervision. Be sure to clear away any dead leaves and branches. If your plant dies be sure to remove it quickly. A dead plant will be a focus point for negativity and it will consume the positive energy in the air.
Rearrange, Rearrange, Rearrange
Move the furniture in your house around once a month at least. This will help you keep track of what you need and don't use. Throw away or donate unwanted items. Superfluous items drain productive and positive energy. As you move things around, play around with the space and see how each arrangement benefits or hinders your space's positivity and productivity.

2) REIKI: HEALING SYSTEM? MEDITATIVE PRACTICE? OR SPIRITUAL PATH?

From the lens of modern Reiki practice, the system of Reiki is more known for being a healing system. Yet, it is undeniable that as a hands-on healing practitioner, the practice of Reiki changes us. It starts with experiencing energy flow and other sensations and sometimes even intuitions. For me, beyond this, it made me more mellow, more calm, less angry, less worried over time.
From the lens of traditional Reiki practice, the system of Reiki consists of hands on healing, but also has many meditations like Joshin Kokyu Ho and Hatsurei Ho. And for me when I started training with traditional Reiki, and embracing the foundational meditations as a core part of my practice, I grew more focused, more present, and even less
angry, even less fearful, and I felt more energetic in practical living.
And my hands on healing sessions went deeper. It was no longer just about watching energy movements surge and flow, or noticing blocks and sensations. The hands on healing sessions became less and less of "sending energy", "offering energy", "moving the energy", and more and more of "being present". What needed to happen happened for the recipients whether as the practitioner, I experienced energy flow or not, whether I experienced special sensations or intuitions or not.
And going deeper into the traditional Reiki practice, one sees more pillars of the practice, around chanting the mantras associated with the four symbols, around Reiju (spiritual blessing) and most importantly the Reiki precepts.
Practising with the traditional Reiki system, systematically brings forth the qualities of grounding, harmony, Oneness and the Great Bright Light of True Self to
the experiential realm. So, surely the traditional system of Reiki is a systematic spiritual path to awakening to our true nature. And with this deepening, for me, fear and worry have gone distant on most worldly matters, arising occasionally but without any force to them.
Anger for me has reduced dramatically, with very few things pushing my buttons. Gratitude is baked into living, with which humility came along for the ride. The essence of integrity, being true to my way and my being is clearer than ever.
Compassion isn't a thing I have to remember to feel often, it sort of is slowly becoming a way of life, starting with compassion towards myself. And the hands-on healing practice is very much a practice of non-doing (if such a thing could be said and for it to make sense). So has the notion of distance healing changed where BEing in silence, time and distance as constructs lose their meaning, and distance healing yet again is about BEing
present.
In this sense, for me the experience of the system of Reiki has been all of the above, a healing practice, a meditation practice and a spiritual path, over time.

So, you see, healing, meditation, spiritual practice all of these appear as different things only because of the vantage point we have, or the perspective we have from where we are on the journey. Going deeper, these are all one and the same.
That makes sense, because the great spiritual traditions point to the One Truth that underlies all existence:
“All differences in this world are of degree, and not of kind, because oneness is the secret of everything.” ~ Swami Vivekananda
And the traditional system of Reiki enables that experiential journey from
suffering to healing, from confusion to clarity, from judgements to love, from attachments to gratitude, from the separate-I to the One. All we have to do is practice, be patient and persevere, as Frans Stiene says.

3) EAT THESE FOODS INSTEAD OF MULTIVITAMINS

If you follow a whole-foods diet and eat a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, you may not need to take an additional multivitamin. Nutrients are best absorbed in their natural form, and while supplements can help replace missing nutrients, you should not depend on them for long-term health.
Instead, add these superfoods to your diet for nutrition you can actually use. In fact, most of these vitamin-rich foods contain even more nutrients than the average multivitamin.
Seaweed
Seaweed is one of the best sources of natural iodine. A large portion of the global
population is deficient in iodine, and seaweed is the perfect way to add more to your diet. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommends that adults consume about 150 mcg of iodine daily.
Seaweed like nori, kelp, kombu, and wakame all contain the recommended daily amount or more. Kelp contains up to 1,000 percent more than the recommended daily value for iodine.
Brazil nuts
Brazil nuts are the large, bitter nuts that are usually the last to be eaten from a bowl of mixed nuts. However, they are high in beneficial nutrients. The selenium content in Brazil nuts is off the charts. One single Brazil nut contains about 100 percent of the recommended daily intake for selenium.
In fact, the selenium content in Brazil nuts is so high that if you eat more than a handful per day, you could actually damage your body with too much selenium. So, stick to eating two or three at a time.
Kale
Kale is beloved in health-food circles because it is packed with beneficial nutrients. A serving of kale contains high levels of multiple vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B6, C, and K1, and the minerals iron, potassium, manganese, and copper.
Liver (organic, grass-fed)
Many people don’t like liver and therefore refuse to eat it, but you should. Liver contains more nutrients than any other part of an animal. Liver is high in vitamin B12, iron, folate, copper, and vitamin A. Some experts recommend consuming liver up to two times a week.
Cod liver oil
Cod liver oil used to be given routinely to children as a preventive medicine, and was also used as a punishment for unruly children. Scientific evidence now shows that cod liver oil is beneficial for our health in multiple ways. It is one of the only food sources of vitamin D, and it is also extremely high in heart and brain-healthy omega-3 fats.
Shellfish ( only if you are not allergic)
Why should you eat shellfish? Shellfish contain high levels of B-vitamins that are difficult to find elsewhere. Vitamin B12 and B6 are present in large amounts in shellfish, which can provide up to 1,600 percent of the recommended daily value, depending on the type of shellfish eaten (clams are particularly high in B12).
Shellfish also contain high levels of iron, potassium, and selenium.
Red and yellow bell peppers
We usually eat green bell peppers because they are cheaper, but the vitamin C levels of yellow and red bell peppers are much higher than those of their green sisters. Getting enough vitamin C is important for immune system function, as well as for muscle health, brain health, and hormone production.
One single red or yellow bell pepper contains about 600 percent of the recommended daily intake for vitamin C.
It’s easy to get enough nutrients if you
eat the right foods. Most people don’t have to take a daily multivitamin to remain healthy. If you are worried about maintaining the ideal nutrient balance, eat a variety of whole foods and make vegetables and fruits your largest energy source, followed by high-quality, healthy proteins.
