1) COLOR HEALING
We are influenced by distinctive vibrations of each color, because each color in the spectrum vibrates at its own rate. These vibrations correspond with the body’s inner vibrations.
Each part of the body resonates to a different color.
There are several ways ways of harnessing the vibration of color for health and well-being.
You can eat it, dring it (wholesome, fresh food will be full of color energy), wear appropriate colored clothes or jewellery, or decorate and light your home specifically with color in mind. There are psychological associations with color, and colors can be linked with moods.
Often we are drawn to the color we need at the moment.
For instance, reds, oranges and yellows are warm colors and give a feeling of energy, excitment and joy. Blues, indigos and purples are cool colors and they induce relaxation.
The psychology of color is a language that you can learn, in the same way that you learn to read and write. When you understand its basic meanings you can interpret what it reveals.
Working with color and understanding the connection between yourself and color offers a key to good health and vitality.

2) WHY DO I OFTEN EXPERIENCE FEELINGS OF FEAR?
Fear is a feeling that you experience when you seek outside of your self and deny your true inner self. Any time you seek outside of yourself, you will feel extreme fear afterwards. This is because you cut off and deny any expression of what lies deep within you, which is pure love. I have said before, if you are not feeling love, you will experience its opposite, which is fear. The remedy then is to look within. Seek not outside of yourself, because all you will find is illusions. In the beginning, these illusions will seem pretty and attractive, but once they lose their shine and lustre and they will frighten you and you will forget where all the fear is coming from.

3) NATURE’S REMEDIES: OLIVE OIL
The olive tree originated in Asia, but for over 3,000 years it has been cultivated in Mediterranean countries, where much of the olive crop is used to make olive oil. One tablespoon of olive oil contains 120 calories and 14 grams of fat, mostly monounsaturated (77%) which has a beneficial effect on blood cholesterol levels. In those countries where olive oil is consumed extensively, such as Spain, Italy and Greece, there is a low incident of cardiovascular diseases.
Therapeutic Effects: Beside the above mentioned benefit, taken internally, olive oil stimulates metabolism, promotes digestion, fights constipation and if applied externally treats dry ski, strech marks, earaches. Olive oil also contains vitamin E which has antioxidant benefits.
Applications:
To lower blood cholesterol levels: The monounsaturated fatty acids in olive oil help lower LDL ("bad") levels without affecting HDL ("good") cholesterol or trilyceride levels.
To lower your cholesterol, at least 15% of your daily calories should come from monounsaturated fatty acids. Whenever possible, use olive oil in place of butter or other vegetable oils in cooking, in preparing dressing for salads or vegetables and in making sandwiches.
For constipation: In the morning, take 1 tsp. Of olive oil mixed with lemon juice on and empty stomach.
To prevent hair l!oss: Massage the scalp with olive oil every evening for eight dasy. Let it work overnight and wash it out in the morning.
To moisturize skin: Apply daily to dry spots or stretch marks.
TIP: Always choose the highest quality olive oil, that is labeled "extra v!irgin." This guaranties that the oil has been cold-pressed from freshly harvested olives and does not contain chemicals. Oil golden-yellow in color is of higher quality than green.
