1) COLOUR ENERGY FOR BODY AND SOUL-ORANGE

Orange – Constructive Joy

People who like the orange colour love life. Many people do not like the orange colour, but we all need this energy. Orange is the best stimulant and help in times of depression, loneliness, and boredom-s-on the whole it is the best emotional stimulant.

Joy comes from deep within and we all need joy-the orange energy helps bring out this joy. The orange colour has the love from the red and the wisdom from the yellow. It strengthens your confidence and independence.

"We are what we think" has a lot to do with the orange energy, as it governs health and vitality. "A sound mind is a sound body" is an expression that fits the orange colour. Balance is important here as the misuse of food, stimulants in any form, all luxury, belong under the domain of the spleen chakra. Extreme indulgence or asceticism-be it in food, sex, sports activities-all this shows a chakra out of balance. Vegetarians for instance, need the orange energy.

PHYSICALLY the spleen chakra gives energy to the bronchia, chest diseases, disturbances in the spleen, kidney ailments, and gall stone problems. It increases the intake of oxygen, helps lungs, and releases flatulence from the stomach.

MENTALLY the spleen chakra gives energy to remove suppression and inhibitions-it helps expand one's horizon and create new ideas. Like the red energy it gives courage and power to tackle everyday problems.

COLOUR ORANGE

In using orange one can learn to understand how the stomach tells us about our situation. We all know the butterfly feeling or the heavy sinking feeling before something is going to take place. The stomach often gives us the first warning when something is wrong, for instance an infection. If our spleen chakra is in balance we are able to enjoy our existence-take life as it is without asking for more than we can handle. Children often have a fine orange energy. They have the ability to enjoy themselves spontaneously and enjoy their play. If you have too much red in the orange this may make you angry and inconsiderate. Too much yellow in the orange may make you querulous and impossible to live with. You may have a nervous stomach if you cannot control your feelings. But if there is an excess of orange, one is easily affected by what other people feel or mean; one forgets to be oneself in a wish to satisfy other people.

THE POSITIVE SIDES OF ORANGE
joy--enthusiasm , independent-sociable , fond of food-energetic, sporty, occupied with health, self-assured-constructive

AND THE NEGATIVE
proud—destructive, let other people clear things up, exhibitionist , bulimia, misuse of alcohol

ORANGE ENERGY MAY HELP WHEN:
you have chronic eczema, you have skin problems, you want to increase your appetite, you have vertical grooves on your nails, you need to bring out the joy you have inside you, and you need to have a feeling of well being, you lack working spirit, you have asthma, you have allergies, you need a refreshing start to your day-take an orange bath

ESSENTIAL BATH OILS-Melissa oil (the genuine oil is extremely expensive and can be hard to obtain) from leaves of the Melissa bush strengthens the nerves when you have depressions, melancholy, nervous heartbeat, headaches, and migraine. As an inhalant it may be used for asthma, bronchitis, and influenza. It is also good in connection with skin diseases, rheumatism, and muscular pains. If you want an effective bath you may add 5-6 drops of Melissa oil to your bath water.

Melissa is stimulating and refreshing, but if you blend in 1 drop of Chamomile oil, 3 drops of Lavender oil, and 2 drops of Melissa you will have a wonderful relaxing bath. Another good aromatic bath oil is Juniper. It cleanses the skin, and is good for eczema or psoriasis, and it helps greasy or acne skin. It is also beneficial when you are worried or when you feel weak or shivery after a cold or other illnesses.

ORANGE TIPS
Orange colour in a room will give physical energy from the active vibrations of the red and intellectual vibrations from the yellow. Orange is also fine in a room where you wish to gather family and friends, and in a room where you want to read and study. It energizes creative spontaneous ideas. However, too much orange may cause self-pity.

ORANGE IN CLOTHES
With orange clothes you express sincere joy and interest in other people. You seem thoughtful and caring. However, too much orange and you may seem insecure, too modest, self-pitying, and dependent on others.

ORANGE FOODS
Oranges, apricots, peaches, melons, mangos, carrots, mandarins.

THE ASTROLOGICAL SIGN AND PLANET FOR ORANGE
Red/Orange sign is Taurus, and the planet is Venus. "_____ Orange sign is Gemini, and the planet is Mercury. Yellow/Orange sign is Cancer, and the planet is the Moon

3) 3 EASY WAYS TO VITALIZE YOUR CHAKRAS FOR BETTER ENERGY HEALTH

Right now, I’m going to share with you three very simple things you can do to vitalize and energize your chakras to achieve the level of holistic energy health you’ve always wanted.

  1. Patch Your Base Chakra Energy Leaks
When there is a leak, you have to patch it. Many people are energy-depleted because they are not able to hold enough life force energy or “chi”. In this energy condition, you are flushing energy down and away from you, much like a toilet flushes water down. In order to maintain good energy health, you want energy spiraling up into your base chakra. Here’s one way you can do it in 4 easy steps:

Close your eyes and imagine you can see the energy leaking out of your tailbone. Imagine a patch large enough to cover the leak. Place the patch over the leak. Imagine you can go beneath the energy and reverse the flow to spiral it up into your body through your tailbone.  

2. Open up Your Crown Chakra
Why is this important? Life force energy is also fed to us through our crown chakra. The crown chakra is located on the top of your head. We maintain a higher life force energy when our crown chakra is open and active.
When the crown chakra is closed or weak, we feel a lack of vitality and direction in our lives. As a result we look to others rather than our own spiritual compass for guidance. Here’s a simple, but very effective way to open up your crown chakra to receive energy in abundance:
Place the finger tips of each of your hands on the top of you forehead where your hairline starts. Your fingertips should be touching. Now pull your fingertips away from each other as though you were opening up your crown. Move your fingers 2 inches above the starting point and repeat the same movement. Do this over the entire crown of your head until you reach the nape of your neck. Take 3 deep breaths to anchor in this opening.

 
3. Activate Your Third Chakra
Disruption of the flow of your life force energy occurs when a chakra is frozen or weak. It is common for individuals to have a frozen or weak third chakra. The third chakra represents your will, power, confidence and sense of self. This results in a lack of confidence and will to move forward enthusiastically with towards your goals. The third chakra energy wheel is located 2 inches above the navel in the solar plexus area. These simple steps will help you activate your third chakra effectively:

Rub your palms together swiftly creating static electricity. Place the palm of your right hand on your solar plexus, rotating your palm in a clockwise direction while repeating: “I am powerful, I am the will of creating what I want.” Repeat these steps 2 or 3 more times. Your chakra energy is one of your most powerful and important energy systems.
Whether you are a veteran student of energy medicine or brand new to this information, the chakras energy system is one of the most important to understand how to work with.
