1) HOW ARE YOU SABOTAGING YOURSELF "If you play it safe in life you've decided that you don't want to grow any more." -- Shirley Hufstedler How are you sabotaging your potential for change? We unconsciously use defense mechanisms to shield us from situations we perceive to be scary or painful. A part of you may want to grow and change, but another part may be resisting because change always moves you into new territory in your thinking and emotions. If you find you are getting anxious, fearful, angry, frustrated, dismissive or unmotivated, then defense mechanisms are at work. Watch for them and know them to be signs of fear that wants to hold you back. Then courageously move through them. "I have never been contained except I made the prison." -- Mary Evans
2) ABUNDANCE PROSPERITY REIKI
Abundance Prosperity Reiki can almost be said to be three redundant words strung together. When you use abundance prosperity reiki, you're accessing the energy fields of your body to create what you want in your life. In other words, you're using the abundance of your energy to create an abundance of prosperity (which in its purest form is also abundance). Hence the redundancy. Instead of seeing abundance prosperity reiki as redundant, however, I prefer to think of it as the power of three. When you activate your own energetic abundance, you are amping up your creative abilities. Your creative abilities, specifically, your LIFE creation abilities, are what you need bring to you the abundant and prosperous life you want. So what is abundance prosperity reiki and how can you use it? Abundance prosperity reiki is the use of reiki to achieve a specific goal--the goal of creating what you want to have in your life. Reiki is,as we know, a Japanese healing technique often used for stress reduction and relaxation. It's a gentle form of "laying on hands," which is based managing the life energy that flows through the human body. Reiki enhances that energy flow and removes blockages from the flow so the body can achieve optimal health. Although Reiki is spiritual in nature, it's not a religion, and anyone can learn to use reiki. You can easily do reiki on yourself once you know the techniques. Although receiving training from a reiki instructor or purchasing a reiki book that teaches you to activate your own energetic healing abilities, you can start using abundance prosperity reiki today.
Abundance prosperity reiki is especially powerful because it combines thought with hand positions that encourage proper energy flow. Here is a simple seven-step reiki exercise you can do now to begin getting your energy in tune with abundance and prosperity:
1. Be sure you're in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for at least a few minutes. Get comfortable. Slow your breathing. Relax your body. 2. Pay attention to your thoughts. Notice whether your thoughts are thoughts that serve you. Are they empowering thoughts that help you create what you want in life? 3. Chances are your thoughts are not as empowering as you would like. Most of us have habitual thoughts based on old limiting beliefs. 4. While you watch your thoughts, plans your hands on either side of your nose with your fingertips resting gently against your closed eyelids. Breathe deeply. This position covers the sinuses, eyes, and pituitary gland so it is useful for releasing the energy blocks that cause colds, allergies, fatigue and general malaise. 5. As you hold your hands in this position, say silently to yourself, "Thank you, thoughts." Mentally appreciate your mind for bringing you whatever thoughts it brings you. If the thoughts aren't thoughts of abundance, after thanking the thoughts, release them. See them drifting away. 6. Now shift your hands to the back of the head. Place them as if you're gently cradling your head. While in this position, invite in thoughts of abundance. Invite in the beliefs that will empower you to attract prosperity into your life. 7. Imagine abundance and prosperity as brilliant, glowing yellow light that you can draw into your body. See that light being pulled in by your finger tips, and then feel the light pulsing through your hand and into your mind. That light is the light of abundance. When your mind is filled with that light, your thoughts will be thoughts that attract prosperity. When you do this simple exercise, you become a powerful creator of joy. You can use your body’s energy working in concert with your mind to create magic in your life when you use abundance prosperity reiki.
3) HIMALAYAN CRYSTAL SALT
For years, now, we've heard people talking about the dangers of salt. We've learned how it can lead to or aggravate many poor health conditions. Some say that we need to eliminate salt from our diet. It's true, and there's more to the story. Common Table Salt is the Culprit People Say It Is First, every living animal needs salt to survive. The proper salt can provide beneficial nutrients and minerals. It can help regulate our pH levels and can guard against dehydration in some instances. I know, you've never heard that about salt. And with good reason-it's not true of common salt. Common salt is a heavily processed substance that is used in industrial applications all over the world. Only 3% of the common salt produced is meant for human consumption. Common table salt lays a heavy burden on your body with the toxins it presents. Any benefit that salt had was bleached and chemically stripped from it leaving the common table salt that we most often use today. Better Salt for Your Body Beneficial, good salt is not processed, but naturally collected from deposits in the earth. The best salt is Himalayan Crystal Salt and it's the purest salt in the world, hand-collected from salt deposits that have been in the earth for more than 200 million years. This salt is nutritious throughout its substance. So if you chip off the top or dig deep to collect it, the compliment of nutrients is the same in each piece. What this means is that you can use large chunks or tiny, table-salt sized granules and still receive the full benefit. Himalayan Crystal Salt has in it the same 84 minerals that can be found in sea water. It's the same 84 minerals that are found in the water of our bodies. Even though our body water is very similar to sea water, sea salt is not the best thing for us either. Sea salt has a similar disadvantage to common table salt. Although it's not as toxic as common table salt, because it's processed, some of its nutritive value is depleted. There's really nothing as healthful as Himalayan Crystal Salt.
